A man from Ialoveni suspects that the aw enforcement bodies are operating in collusion with the swindlers who left him without home. Nicolai Boicenco said that during almost five years he has stayed at relatives and friends with his family as they were deprived of home.
In a news conference at IPN, Nicolai Boicenco said that in 2005 he was jailed in a criminal case started by order. He complained to the European Court of Human Rights that did justice to him and ruled that the acts of the law enforcement bodies were illegal. After serving one year in jail, Nicolai Boicenco went abroad. When he returned in 2009, he found out that his mother was deceived by swindlers who appropriated his house and a plot with a building under construction on it.
The man filed a complained to the police and the Ialoveni prosecutor’s office, asking annulling the contract for the sale of the property. The day the court was to pronounce on this case, he was beaten by the same swindlers, while the judge closed the case without questioning his mother who was present in the courtroom. Later, the court ordered sequestrating the house and he had to leave his home together with his family. Shortly afterward, individuals ill-treated him again, attacking also his wife who partially lost her sight as a result. The bailiff from Ialoveni confiscated also his car on the pretext of debts.
Nicolai Boicenco said that a criminal case was ultimately started against the swindlers, but the examination of this case is delayed. He believes that the judges act in collusion with the swindlers. “Two years have passed, but the situation of my family worsened. We do not have access to our house in Ialoveni. My car that was taken out of the garage illegally wasn’t returned despite irrevocable and definitive court decisions. We asked the Buiucani Prosecutor’s Office to investigate this case and force the bailiff to return my property, but without result. I call on Prosecutor General Cornel Gurin to deal with the judges who continue to pass illegal judgments in favor of suspected persons,” said the man.
Nicolai Boicenco complained that they remained without home with a minor child. His wife had to go to Russia to work and her state of health worsened there. Now she is receiving treatment at the Oncology Institute.
