All the state medical education institutions and health facilities will be managed by the Ministry of Health, except for the primary medical assistance and departmental institutions, IPN reports, with reference to a draft law approved by the Cabinet.
The bill authors – a group of MPs – said the move is aimed at offering the Government the possibility of organizing the health system in a more efficient way.
The managers of public medical-sanitary institutions will be chosen at contests staged by the Ministry of Health.
