Method of organizing labor norming will be regulated

The Government approved regulations concerning the method of organizing the norming of labor. The given provisions can be implemented by companies, organizations and institutions, regardless of the type of ownership and organizational form, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Family Sergiu Sainciuc, the approval of the regulations is a first step towards the regulation of labor organization at companies. This document will help organize labor by methodological principles. Sergiu Sainciuc also said that the current norms no longer meet the level of technology and production organization. No new norms have been worked out over the last 20 years, while the labor standardization services at companies were liquidated or reduced. The qualifications of specialists are poorer. The education institutions do not train such specialists. The tendency to maximize profit makes some of the employers to set excessive labor intensity norms. As a result, the vital force of the employees is used up, there appear different conflicts and the migration of staff increases. The regulations define the method of organizing labor norming, of working out inter-branch, branch and local labor norms, of substituting and reviewing them. They underline the necessity of norming labor in the collective conventions and collective work contracts.
