Milk products with the production date indicated in advance, to the value of 300,000 lei, were found in the storehouse of the joint stock company “Lactis” based in Rascani town. During inspections carried out on March 31, there were discovered milk products dated April 3, IPN reports.
The goods were to be sold in shops all over the country.
The General Police Inspectorate said the merchandise was seized. Decision makers of the processing factory face a fine of 150,000 to 200,000 lei or up to one year in jail.
