Moldova junior teams prepare for preliminary tournaments

The Moldovan U-17 football team lost to Zimbru-2 Chisinau 1-4 in a friendly game in preparation for a preliminary tournament during October 15-21. In their preliminary group, Serghei Dubrovin's disciples will encounter Spain, Russia and Finland. Moldova U-19 also played a preparatory match against Romania. Playing in Orhei, Sergiu Clescenco's disciples lost 1-2. Moldova's only goal was scored by Artiom Haciaturov. On Thursday, October 7, Moldova U-19 will play a second match against Romania and later this month they will play Hungary, Poland and Finland in the qualification stage for the European Cup.
