Moldova score three consecutive wins in FIFA Beach qualifiers

Moldova on Tuesday qualified for the eighth-finals of the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup qualification round, hosted by Italy, having scored three victories in a row, Info-Prim Neo reports. Moldova defeated Poland 2-1, Norway 3-1, and Austria 3-1, emerging victorious in Group G and claiming a spot in the eighth-finals of the preliminary round. Among the best players of the Moldovan team are Mihai Cojusea, Dorin Coceban and Ruslan Pernai. To advance to the final round in 2011, the team coached by Veaceslav Rusnac will have to reach the semifinals of the qualification tournament. The four best teams will join hosts Italy in the final tournament, to take place in Rome.
