A number of Moldovan footballers have looked for clubs this winter. Alexandru Suvorov, the best footballer in Moldova in 2011 according to the Moldovan Football Federation, wasn’t confirmed at the Greek team PAOK after being on trial there for several days. On their website, it is said that the 26-year-old halfback left the team. Earlier, Suvorov was on trial at the Belgian team Standard, but didn’t impress them by his performance either, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Alexandru remained without a club after his contract with the Krakow team expired at the end of 2012. The national squad members Petru Racu, Simion Bulgaru, Artur Patras, Valeriu Andronic, and Gheorghe Ovseanicov are also looking for new teams.
Fullback Vadim Bolohan has chances of signing for Dinamo Minsk after performing well in the last two friendlies played by the Belarusian team. He was invited to take part in a new training session in Turkey.
