Moldovans arrested in Egypt are all right

The Moldovan citizens arrested in Egypt on September 11 are all right, according to Veaceslav Filip, special agent of the Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAEIE) in Cairo, Info-Prim Neo reports. Veaceslav Filip has met the 10 Moldovans and also some agents of Egyptian authorities, including the vice minister of foreign affairs, responsible for immigrants, expatriated and refugees, Mohamed Ibrahim Abdel Hakam. The information has been offered by MAEIE through a press release. According to the agreement with Egyptian authorities and to the international conventions, Veaceslav Filip will offer the Moldovan citizens juridical and consular assistance. The press wrote that Moldovans had paid Bedouins 1000$ to help them reach Israel. However, the Bedouins doubled their demands and the two sides got into a fight. That's how the Moldovans supposedly killed a man. According to another version, smuggler Masood Salim was stabbed after he had tried to rape a Moldovan woman.
