More fires occur in Ivanovca village

After firefighters contained six fires in Ivanovca village of Floresti district on Tuesday morning, a new fire started in the building that houses the library, gym, labor hall and eatery of the local secondary school on Wednesday morning, May 23. Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, the head of the Floresti Antifire Service Vladimir Armas said that the firefighters were called at about 4am. Two firefighting vehicles were on the spot immediately. The flames did not manage to extend to the school’s building. The police presume the fire was started by the same arsonist who set fire to six local facilities one day earlier. Police teams are patrolling the village in order to prevent similar cases the coming night.
