National Council for Participation elects its management

The National Council for Participation (NCP), formed of representatives of the civil society to assist the Government in strategic planning, has elected its management, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Arcadie Barbarosie, the executive director of the Public Policies Institute, has been elected as chairman and Aurelia Bondari, the executive director of the AGROinform Farmers National Association, has been elected as its deputy chairwoman, reads a communique by the Government.
The Steady Bureau is formed of Roman Mihaies, representing the National Council of Consumer Protecting NGOs, Serghei Ostaf, the executive director of the Human Rights Resources Center (CReDO), Daniela Mamaliga, EveryChild Moldova coordinator, Vladimir Florea, the president of the Transporters Union, Eugen Revenco, the director of the Moldo-Lithuanian Foundation “The Study Center of European Integration.”
The National Council for Participation is an advisory forum attached to the Government. It will deal with drafting, monitoring and assessing national policies, and with setting up the institutional advisory frame attached to central public authorities.
