New faces in Moldova’s embassies

The Government accepted candidate Iulian Fruntasu for the post of Moldova’s Ambassador to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Info-Prim Neo reports. Iulian Fruntasu had worked for embassies earlier, but the last post held was that of adviser to the Premier on European integration matters. By another decision, the Government proposed lawmaker Vlad Lupan for the post of Moldova’s Permanent Representative to the UN, while Victor Moraru −for Moldova’s Representative to the UN Office in Geneva. The two posts are now held by Alexandru Cujba and Tatiana Lapicus. The first is to be discharged in connection with work necessities, while the term in office of the latter expired.
