New justice minister will be named after May 3

The name of the new minister of justice will be made public after May 3, Prime Minister Vlad Filat told the press. In a program on the public TV channel earlier, the Premier said the minister will be presented on April 19, but it did not happen, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Vlad Filat, the candidate for minister was identified immediately after ex-Minister Alexandru Tanase was appointed as judge at the Constitutional Court, but they had to hold consultations. Alexandru Tanase earlier stated that the current Deputy Minister of Justice Oleg Efrim is the most suitable candidate for the post.
