A three-week-old baby drowned in an infant bathtub left beside the bed, after the parents gave him/her a bath and went to bed without draining the water out of the tub.
A Hincesti police spokesperson told IPN the mother is 18 years old and the father is 23 years old. Being from Riscani, they were visiting a relative in Hincesti.
The Hincesti police are investigating.
