Six employees of the Assessment and Examination Agency and of the Center for Information and Communication Technology are investigated over passive corruption, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the Center for Combating Corruption and Economic Crime (CCCEC).
According to the Center, the acts of corruption were committed during the Baccalaureate exams and the mark contestation session. The detained persons are accused of asking for money, goods and services from teachers, parents, students and other persons in exchange for illegally raising the marks in the Baccalaureate exams and writing new marks in diplomas.
The suspects are now held at the CCCEC’s remand center.
