One week of German movies in Chisinau

Chisinau will host during November 27-December 2 the Third German Film Festival. Admission is free to all movies, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Festival is organized by the Gaudeamus Culture Center in cooperation with the the Chisinau-based Culture Association Accente, the Bucharest-based Goethe Institute and the German Embassy in Moldova. The Festival will start on November 27 with the film “Am Ende kommen Touristen/And Along Came Tourists” (2005) at 6:00pm. The Festival will continue on November 28 with the movie “Emmas Gluck/Emma's Bliss” (2006), and on November 29 with “Jerichow ” (2008). On November 30, the Festival will continue with the film “Lila, Lila” (2008), and on December 1 with “Ein Freund von mir/A Friend of Mine” (2006). The Festival will end on December 2 with the film “Sommer vorm Balkon/Summer in Berlin” (2005). All the movies have Romanian subtitles.
