As many as 1,060 public servants, 750 of whom from the central public administration and 310 from the local public administration, will be able to improve their qualifications at the Public Administration Academy within 13 training courses. The Government approved the state order on the professional development of public servants, IPN reports.
The training courses will last for 149 days. The public servants holding executive posts will attend courses on leadership in public administration, organizational management, drafting of public policies, strategic and operational planning and conflict management.
The beginner public servants will be instructed in the integration into the public post.
Training courses will also be attended by public servants involved in the provision of services for the population and by those holding posts that involve a big risk of corruption, on ethics and integrity issues.
