The paintball markers could be purchased and held in an unlimited number and could be taken abroad for taking part in sports and recreational events without being declared and authorized. This is provided in a bill to amend and supplement the law on the regime of civil arms and munitions that was adopted by Parliament after the final reading on October 25, IPN reports.
The bill defines “paintball marker” and “balls of paint”. The paintball marker is a pneumatic device for shooting balls of paint. The ball of paint is a disposable case of the 68/50 caliber in the form of a biodegradable gelatin capsule filled with water soluble paint.
Paintball is an individual or team game. The participants aim to eliminate the adversaries by shooting balls of paint at each other from paintball markers or guns.
