Speaker of Parliament Andrian Candu and Prime Minister Pavel Filip on July 5 signed a new priority reform action roadmap. This contains 59 measures that are to be carried out in seven key areas during July-December inclusive. The Speaker informed about this after the July 5 meeting of the Standing Bureau, IPN reports.
Andrian Candu said the roadmap is a plan of action designed to bring benefits to the people, to strengthen the state institutions and the rule of law. The measures refer to the work of the legislative body, to social programs such as the meal voucher system and the program “First House”, to the development of energy infrastructure and the already launched reforms.
“So, from today we have roadmap No. 2, which is a point of reference for us and a multi-institutional mobilization instrument. We speak about the Parliament, Government and other institutions that will contribute to the successful implementation of the undertaken reforms,” stated Andrian Candu.
The first priority reform action roadmap was approved last March.
