Parliament’s next week sittings put off

The MPs will be on vacation next Thursday and Friday, April 19 and 20, and will make trips to districts, towns and villages so as to be closer to the people, said Head of Parliament Marian Lupu, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. “All the parliamentary groups filed application to the Standing Bureau, asking that they be allowed to go and meet the people and voters on April 19 and 20,” stated Marian Lupu. Next Sunday, the Orthodox Christians celebrate Low Sunday or Sunday of the Dead.
