PCR excluded from Register of Political Parties

The Communist Reformist Party (PCR) was excluded from the Register of Political Parties. On its official website, the Ministry of Justice published the decision to strike off the PCR and its symbols from the Register. Contacted by IPN, the leader of the PCR Ruslan Popa said only the court of law can do them justice and they will thus file a lawsuit.

The Ministry of Justice said that it annuls its decision of June 23, 2014 concerning the registration of the Communist Reformist Party and its symbols, adopted with the aim of implementing the Buiucani Court’s decision of April 24, 2015 to annul the administrative act and the same court’s decision of November 27, 2015 by which the previous decision its explained.

The decision is to be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
