The MPs of the Communist Party criticized the budgetary-fiscal policy and the state budget for 2012, saying they are antihuman and antisocial, Info-Prim Neo reports. “Under the budgetary-fiscal policy, the incomes from VAT on goods made in Moldova will decrease. At the same time, it is projected that the incomes from imports and the volume of grants from abroad will increase. It thus results that Moldova sees no economic growth and is unable to ensure fiscal administration,” said Oxana Domenti. Oleg Reidman stated that the Government projected revenues of only 261 million lei from the privatization of such important companies as the thermoelectric plans CETs and the Marculesti Airport. “It is a shame,” said the MP. “It is an antisocial budget aimed against the children and the young people,” said Ion Ceban. The Communist lawmakers said they left the assembly hall because they did not want to be part of the ‘cynicism’ of the Alliance for European Integration. On December 23, the Parliament passed the 2012 draft budgetary-fiscal policy and draft state budget in the first and second readings.
