I was once interested in the similarity of the developments in Moldova and Kyrgyzstan as some of the events happened and continue to happen since 2009 in parallel {(see the forecast “What can happen in Moldova and Kyrgyzstan after elections?” that was published by Info-Prim Neo on November 22, 2010)}. On April 7, 2009, the protests staged in Chisinau degenerated into devastation. The protest that was mounted in Bishkek on April 7, 2010 degenerated into devastation and alternation of the power. A parliamentary crisis started in Moldova as in Kyrgyzstan. Moldova is a parliamentary republic and Kyrgyzstan also became a parliamentary republic. In my forecasts one year ago, I said that Marian Lupu is the most probable President of Moldova.
In fact, he became head of state, but only acting. Continuing my investigations about Kyrgyzstan and Moldova in the run-up to the presidential elections in Moldova, I decided to assess again the planetary situation and the horoscopes of the possible candidates for the presidency of Moldova. It is almost a year since the legislative elections. The legislative body works, but the head of state hasn’t been elected. On the one hand, this happens because some of the political forces do not want to accept the changes on the political arena. But a return to the previous situation is not possible and Moldova has one more year to fully implement the political changes.
In 2012 and especially in 2013, the unsolved problems may lead to the worsening of the situation in the country. The events of the spring of 2009 may repeat as the planets on Moldova’s astrological map will have a powerful negative influence. Without forming an alliance with a party – most probably with the Democratic Party of Moldova, as I forecast last year as well – the Communists will be unable to return to power. A renewed alliance is needed. The Pluto in transition, together with the Sun, created in 2011 a favorable astrosphere on Moldova’s astrological map. The changes in the political sphere confirm this. It started to exert an influence in 2010 and will continue to exert it until 2011. December 2011 and February 2012 will be beneficial for taking stock of the changes that took place and for completing them. That’s why the elections should take place namely in this period.
As to the horoscopes of the candidates for the presidency, Marian Lupu has the most powerful positions. Zinaida Greceanyi’s chances of being elected are not as great. The immediate periods for Vlad Filat are negative so that he would have to struggle to maintain his positions. I also studied the horoscopes of other politicians. Former Deputy Prime Minister Iurie Rosca may reappear on the political arena next year. Significant changes are possible in his career, especially at the start of 2012. He may occupy an important state post or be proposed for head of state. Anyway, his chances to take an important position are bigger than Zinaida Greceanyi’s chances.
The positive periods may be missed and early parliamentary elections will be thus possible. But they can generate greater chaos and instability in the country as they will not lead to a cardinal change in the political conjuncture and the confrontation may exceed the peaceful limits.
