The Communists’ insistence to negotiate with every party separately shows that the PCRM wants to postpone the election of the head of state and that it wants early elections, considers the leader of the Liberal-Democratic parliamentary group Valeriu Strelet, Info-Prim Neo reports. “Dumitru Diacov sent the invitation to negotiations in the name of the ruling alliance. If the Communist Party insists to have talks with every party separately, we will have to convene the Council of the alliance and agree how these talks will be held,” said Valeriu Strelet. The leader of the Democratic group Dumitru Diacov said he clearly told the leader of the Communist MPs Maria Postoiko that the invitation was issued in the name of three parliamentary groups. “Probably Missis Postoiko did not understand me or she intentionally omitted parts of my invitation,” he stated. He also said that if an agreement to hold negotiations separately is reached, there must be drawn up a schedule of the discussions with the Communist Party. “There is nothing bad if two political organizations meet to discuss, but the discussions should be civilized and transparent,” stressed the leader of the Democrat lawmakers. Dumitru Diacov could not say when the negotiations with the PCRM will take place.
