The lawmakers extended the term for providing the state financial assistance set after April 1, 2013 for pensioners whose pensions are lower than 1,300 lei, IPN reports.
The allowance for pensioners with the full length of service was set at 90 lei a month, while for those with incomplete pensions – at 50 lei.
The state will also provide 90 lei to persons with the first disability degree and 60 lei and, respectively, 50 lei to persons with the second and third disability degrees.
If the recipients do not take the financial assistance during six consecutive months, the payment is suspended and is restored retroactively, at request.
