Pregnant woman suspected of involvement in arms trafficking

A woman who is four months pregnant and another two persons from Rabnita are suspected of trafficking in arms, Info-Prim Neo has learned from the Ministry of the Interior. The persons were caught in the act of transporting munitions by boat over the Nistru. They intended to sell them on the right bank of the river. The police seized two RPG grenade launchers, three F1 grenades and an RGD 5 grenades. They were stolen from military bases situated in Transnistria. The suspects face up to 10 years' imprisonment for keeping and illegally selling arms and munitions. The men were remanded in custody, while the woman is investigated outside prison.
