Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici asked the competent bodies to find possibilities for annulling the provisions that oblige the economic entities to purchase a stamp when they register a business at the State Registration Chamber. The Premier said this is an outdated requirement as there are now digital signatures, IPN reports.

“The economic entity pays 30% of the business registration costs for the stamp. I don’t think the stamp is now necessary,” said the Premier.

Chiril Gaburici also said the economic entities have to lose a lot of time for resolving disputes that appear in the business activity. In this connection, he requested Minister of Justice Vladimir Grosu to hold discussions with the economic entities to see what solutions they have to this problem so as to benefit from equitable justice.
