The Cabinet approved the regulations concerning the organization of the Control Body of the Prime Minister, which provides that the Body will consist of eight employees that will form part of the personnel of the State Chancellery, IPN reports.
The Premier’s Control Body is a non-legal entity that consists of the Prime Minister’s advisers. This will be headed by a chief named by the Premier’s decision. The advisers of the Control Body will monitor, assess, control and optimize governance.
The institution of the Premier’s Control Body is a new element stipulated in the Law on the Government, which took effect on July 19, 2017.
