Moldova’s President Nicolae Timofti will take part in the opening of the 21st Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 21) that will be held in Paris between November 30 and December 11, 2015, IPN reports.
The Paris COP 21 is to adopt an international agreement to maintain the rise in the average global temperature at below 2 degrees Celsius. The event will bring together about 140 heads of state and government.
The presidential press service said the consultations to designate a candidate for Prime Minister between the head of state and the parliamentary groups were rescheduled for November 27.
