Princess Margareta and Prince Radu of Romania will spend the Easter holidays in Chisinau. The royal family accepted the invitation of His Holiness Vladimir, the Metropolitan Bishop of Chisinau and all Moldova, to spend the Easter evening at the Metropolitan Church of Chisinau, while the Easter night – in the company of His Holiness Petru, the Metropolitan Bishop of Bessarabia, IPN reports, quoting the Romanian press.
The Royal House of Romania supports Moldova’s integration tint the European Union and provides humanitarian, social, cultural and diplomatic assistance in the same way as King Mihai did in 1997-2002 for Romania’s integration. That’s why the Royal Family will spend Easter in Chisinau, the protocol service of the Royal House has said.
This will be the third visit by the Royal Family to Moldova.
