The 38-year-old man who unloaded a truck with apples right next to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry in central Chisinau was under the influence of narcotic substances and risks legal proceedings, the General Police Inspectorate has said.
According to the police, the man refused to clear up the mess he caused in a public space and had specific behavior. He was taken to the National Narcology Dispensary where it was proven that he had taken drugs. The man confirmed this fact.
Officers of the Buiucani Police Inspectorate drew up a report on hooliganism and violation of cleaning rules. A criminal case against him can be started over driving while intoxicated.
The man has a criminal record and had been in conflict with the law for several times.
A truck with apples was unloaded in front of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry on Wednesday. The producer this way expressed his dissatisfaction with the impossibility of exporting the grown apples following the ban imposed by the Russian Federation.
