The primary massive registration of the real estate in 497 villages will be performed until 2023. According to a state program that was approved by the Government today, the borders of the given villages will be delimited and the lots situated near houses and the rural gardens will be registered by issuing private ownership certificates.
The period for examining an application for registering land was increased from 7 to 10 days.
The program is a new stage in the creation of the Real Estate Cadaster. The process was launched in 1998 and continued until 2011. The financial resources for the primary registration were allocated through the World Bank-funded Land Registration and Property Valuation Project. The financing for the 2020-2023 state program approved today by the Government will be provided by the World Bank. The Public Services Agency was chosen as the project implementation entity.
