As of July 31, the application and documents needed for setting the pension can be submitted to the local house of social insurance by the person’s representative designated by proxy, IPN reports.
In a press release, the National House of Social Insurance says that in accordance with the amendments made to the law on the public pension system, which were published in the Official Gazette today, the right to old-age, disability and successor’s pensions and the reexamination of pension cab be also asked by proxy.
The proxy and the applicant’s documents required for setting the pension will be attached to the application in the original and copies (identity card, employment record book, diploma of study, soldier’s record and others).
