A new initiative to support entrepreneurs in Moldova was launched today. The SALTO project aims to strengthen the business advisory sector and support SMEs for sustainable development, IPN reports.
The Director of the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development, Vadim Codreanu, underlined the importance of consultancy for the business environment. According to him, entrepreneurs need concrete solutions, strategic guidance and personalized support in order to fully exploit their potential. Investing in quality advisory services contributes directly to innovation, job creation and sustainable economic development.
The launch brought together entrepreneurship experts, public and private sector representatives, development partners and local authorities from several regions of the country.
According to the authorities, through the SALTO initiative, SMEs will have access to improved advisory services to help them grow and adapt to market requirements.
The program is implemented by CEFE International and Tehnovator within the framework of "EU4Moldova: Local Communities", with funding from the European Union and the governments of Germany, Austria and Poland.
