Seventh A (H1N1) flu virus case reported in Moldova

The seventh case of A (H1N1) influenza virus was confirmed in Moldova. The virus was detected in an 18-year-old woman from the municipality of Balti, who has recently returned from Italy. The young woman is now receiving antiviral treatment at a hospital in Balti, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the National Scientific-Practical Center of Preventive Medicine, 58 suspect cases of A (H1N1) flu virus have been recorded in Moldova until August 21. The presence of the virus was confirmed in seven cases.
