War veterans, people with disabilities acquired as a result of war, people affected by the Chernobyl catastrophe and other categories of citizens will be able to submit applications for sanatorium treatment tickets electronically through the portal servicii.gov.md portal on the official website of the National House of Social Insurance. A decision to this effect was approved by the Cabinet on Wednesday, IPN reports.
The number of documents to be submitted by the applicant will be reduced and the exchange of information between the responsible institutions will be automated. The new changes will allow automatic access to available data, simplifying the process of granting sanatorium treatment tickets, the authors of the initiative said.
Approximately 6,650 sanatorium treatment tickets with a total value of over 68 million lei were distributed in 2023.
