Spring cleanup starts in Chisinau

The spring cleanup campaign is launched in Chisinau today, March 1, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Chisinau City Halls called on all the residents of Chisinau to take up in the cleaning activities, while the companies and managers of public institutions were invited to lay out the areas adjoining their offices. The works will start in “Valea Morilor” Park, where the participants in the campaign aimed at making the community more responsible and keeping the green areas clean will come together. Mayor of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca, municipal councilors, and employees of the City Hall are expected to take part in the activities. The cleanup campaign will last until the end of April.
