Standing Bureau will consist of 13 persons

Thirteen persons will form part of the Parliament's Standing Bureau. A decision to this effect was taken in the January 11 extraordinary session of the legislative body, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Communist parliamentary group will be represented in the Standing Bureau by MPs Iurie Muntean, Maria Postoico, Irina Vlah and Vladimir Vitiuc. The fifth representative of the Communists will be the Deputy Speaker who is yet to be named. The Liberal-Democratic group will be represented by Mihai Godea, Valeriu Strelet, and Ion Balan. Dumitru Diacov will represent the Democrats, while Ion Hadarca - the Liberal parliamentary group The Head of Parliament, First Deputy Speaker and Deputy Speakers are ex officio members of the Standing Bureau.
