Revenues totaling 29.642,7 billion lei or 68.9% of the approved annual plan were accumulated in the state social insurance budget in the first eight months of the year. The total expenses were executed in the amount of 28.363,0 billion lei or 65.9% of the annual projections. According to the National House of Social Insurance (CNAS), the execution of the state social insurance budget in the first eight months ended with revenues that were by 1,279,7 billion lei higher than the costs, IPN reports.
According to the report on the execution of the state social insurance budget, the mandatory state social insurance contributions came to 16171,5 billion lei or 67.0% of the annual projections, an increase of 2.334,8 billion lei (16.9%) compared to the same period last year.
Other revenues were collected in the amount of 446.1 million lei, of which the single tax collected from the residents of the information technology parks constituted 440.2 million lei, up by 22.3% compared to the corresponding period last year.
Transfers from the state budget were financed in the amount of 13.025,1 billion lei, in accordance with the financing requests.
The balance of funds in the CNAS accounts on September 1 was 1.279,5 billion lei.
