Ten polling places established abroad still closed

Ten polling places set up abroad remain closed owing to the difference in the meantime zone, Info-Prim Neo reports. Eight of the ten polling places are in the United States, while two in Canada. At 9am Moldova’s time, there were opened the polling places in the UK and Portugal. Those that are overseas will be opened at 3pm, Moldova’s time. As many as 75 polling places have been established abroad for the early parliamentary elections. About 3,000 people have voted in the municipality of Chisinau by 9am.
