Termocom warns: output heat agent not to exceed 65º C

Termocom warns: the thermal agent getting out will not exceed 65º C, regardless of the temperature outside. This will happen if Moldovagaz downsizes the deliveries to the heat distributor because of the debts, as it repeated notified. SA Termocom 's press service has told Info-Prim Neo that if it's 3º outside, the temperature of the thermal agent should be 71º C. According to SA Termocom, the Chisinau municipality if to blame for this situation, because it does not fulfill its commitments from the November 12 memo. SA Termocom issued a press release stating that the Chisinau Economic Court ordered, on December 4, to transfer 70 million lei from the Chisinau authorities to Termocom immediately. The same day Chisinau mayor Dorin Chirtoaca said he would not borrow the money from the Government, as the memo provides for, since the Finance Ministry rejected his request. The Chisinau City Hall owes 147 million lei to Termocom, and the latter's debt to Moldovagaz is 130 million. According to the November 12 memo signed with Termocom and Moldovagaz, the Chisinau Council was to adopt a new heat charge till November 21. The local councilors committed to raise the tariff from 540 to 740 lei per 1 Gcal, but failed to do so.
