Termoelectrica initiated the works to connect the World Bank Country Office in Chisinau to the centralized heating system. The building will be connected to the system through an Individual Thermal Point that will ensure full independence, continuous, efficient and optimized consumption of heat and hot water produced in the building’s main. The works are to be completed at end-July, the company informed by a press release that is quoted by IPN.
Termoelectrica director general Veaceslav Eni said the decision to connect the WB Office to the centralized heating system is a proof of the confidence in the quality of the provided services. “The connection to the centralized heating system means zero risks for the people living in the region and zero pollution in central Chisinau as the burning of natural gas is avoided. Through this connection agreement, the World Bank supports Termoelectrica in its mission to offer safe and high-quality services to its consumers and to contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions globally,” stated Veaceslav Eni.
The modern heating solutions provided by Termoelectrica offer multiple advantages to its consumers, such as constant supply of hot water, independence from neighbors, low costs for increased comfort, safety of the family and neighbors and protection of the environment.
Until now Termoelectrica has installed about 900 Individual Thermal Points in 466 apartment buildings and 186 public institutions. Over 50 apartment buildings benefit from the new heating system - Autonomous Centralized Heating Solution.
