Three cars blocked in snow

Three drivers got stuck in snow in Cimislia district, on a road that connects the villages Cenac and Baius, and needed the assistance of intervention teams. The cars were taken out of the snow by vehicles of the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Service’s press officer Liliana Puscasu said that 15 travelers were taken to the hospital with hypothermia in Telenesti, Soroca, Straseni, Floresti and other districts yesterday and last night. Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, spokesman for the National Emergency Medicine Center Petru Cravet said that eight cases of suspected hypothermia were reported in the municipality of Chisinau, but none of them was confirmed.
