Employers will set and pay allowances intended for families with children for employees who meet the conditions stipulated in the law on the state secret. The Cabinet approved relevant changes to a number of regulations on December 12, IPN reports.
The employers will annually present the report on the payment of the childbirth allowance, child benefit paid up to the child’s age of three and allowance for temporary incapacity for work in connection with birth giving (for socially uninsured persons), while the National House of Social Insurance will transfer the given sums to the employer’s account.
The employers bear responsibility for the accuracy in calculating and paying the given allowances.
