Two injured in lumber room fire in Chisinau

A lumber room of an apartment building located on Voluntarilor St in Chisinau caught fire. The flames did not extend to the apartments as the fire was extinguished quickly, Info-Prim Neo reports. A girl aged one and a man were hurt in the fire. They were taken to the hospital with carbon monoxide positioning, the Civil Protection and Emergency Service press officer Dorina Sochirca has said. Another fire allegedly caused by a smoldering cigarette resulted in the death of 53-year-old man from Ocnita.
