The leader of the Communist Party Vladimir Voronin did not appear before the parliamentary commission of inquiry that is investigating the December 23 hunting incident in the Domneasca Forest. The commission’s chairman Anatolie Zagorodnyi told the journalists that the Communist leader informed he will go to a funeral today, Info-Prim Neo reports. The MP also said that the commission did not yet manage to question businessman Boris Buga, who took part in the hunting in the Domneasca Forest. “A large number of persons confirmed that he organized the hunting and invited to it a number of persons, including state institution managers. It is known that he went to the hospital and there are yet other things that the commission wants to clarify,” stated Anatolie Zagorodnyi. The director of the state-run documentation company “Registru” Sergiu Railean did not come to the questioning either as he is on leave. The February 12 hearing will close with the questioning of the chairman of the Supreme Council of Prosecutors Iurie Garaba. The commission is to present its report in Parliament on February 14.
