The persons aged between 51 and 65 were the most active voters until 13.00, shows the exit poll commissioned by Publika TV. This category of electors represented 30% of all the voters at the mentioned hour. The voters aged 36-50 constituted 27.3%, while those aged 18-35 – 27.1%, Info-Prim Neo reports.
More women than men cast their votes by 13.00. The ratio was 51.9%:48.1%.
The budget-funded employees represented 26.1% of the voters, while the employees working in the private sector – 28.6%. The pensioners made up 7.3%, the students – 7.7%, while the unemployed -23.8%.
57.3% of the electors said they voted for the party that they always choose, 35.3% decided who to vote for during the last month, while 3.7% - during the last week.
The exit poll was commissioned by the television channel Publika TV and conducted by the Center for Sociological Investigations and Marketing CBS-AXA, the Public Policy Institute and the European Institute for Political Studies of Moldova.
