President Nicolae Timofti signed a decree to confer the Order of Honor on U.S. Ambassador to Moldova William Henry Moser, IPN has learned from the presidential press service.
The award is given in gratitude for the diplomat’s special contribution to developing and strengthening the relations of friendship and cooperation between Moldova and the United States.
