The weather changed to cold and dull at the start of this week. Light snow is forecast in northern Moldova and heavier snow in southern Moldova for Tuesday, January 19. Temperatures will vary between minus 7 and 12 degrees Celsius at night, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The State Hydrometeorology Service says there will be a heavy snowfall on Wednesday. The minimum temperature will be minus 13 degrees Celsius, while the highest temperature – minus 8 degrees Celsius.
There will be no snow on Thursday, but the temperatures will continue to fall – to minus 16 degrees Celsius in the north and to minus 11 degrees Celsius in the south during the day.
The atmospheric pressure will be slightly lower than normal. There will be fog and ice on the roads.
