A 37-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man were given prison sentences for sexual abuse. The defendant, together with other accomplices, beat the victim and forced her to have sex with the young convict, IPN reports.
The Prosecutor General’s Office said that it happened in October 2023. The defendant went to the 37-year-old woman’s house to have a barbecue party. There, three other women were invited. Due to an older conflict between the women, they beat one of them and forced her to have sex with the defendant.
By a recently pronounced sentence, the young man and the 37-year-old woman were found guilty of rape committed in complex participation and were sentenced to 6 years and, respectively, 5 years and 6 months in a semi-closed prison. The case featuring the other perpetrators is handled separately and is currently at the judicial examination stage.
