Woman found dead in graveyard

A nameless woman in her late 50s was found dead on a tomb in Chisinau’s St. Lazarus Cemetery on Friday.
A spokesperson for the Emergency Service has told Info-Prim Neo that the woman was found lying on a grave near the rear entrance to the cemetery. At first, the cemetery’s workers thought the woman was sleeping but eventually found that she was breathless. It appears that she died overnight Thursday to Friday. Medical examiners are to determine the cause of the death.
In a separate case, a 25-year-old man was admitted to the Emergency Hospital after he cut his veins right before his family’s eyes.
On Friday and in the early hours of Saturday the Emergency Service responded to 707 calls.
